i hav an reliance cell , having cell no 9354298238 . SONEPAT (HARYANA)
on 17th frb 2010 , in night around 10:30pm i received a msg from operate that my no. is in barring
and just then with out any intimation my outgoing facility has been stoped .
I talk to reliance executive and he said to deposit ID documents again.

at that time i was in way from new delhi to sonepat, and unfortunately my car creats problem and gets stop down.
And same reliane had barred my cell ph
plz tell me how and what could i do
no phone , and no one was there
tell me how can i deposit my ID documents in night 10:30 pm

and firstly why i deposit it again when i had already deposited then documents on 23rd jan 2010 and reliance had properly activated my no. then what is this stupid done
my no is still not activated...

plz help me . i would be very thank ful to you
