I am a prepaid customer of Airtel with the cell no.9860296329.Yesterday i received a message from Airtel stating that"You have been renewed for game Lounge subsccriptionservice for which you have been charged Rs.10.00"I want to inform that i had never anytime requested for such facility.Then why the hell i am getting such SMS & directly my account is being debited.This has happened for the third time & every time i have to call the customer care for getting the amount reversed.Please note that for getting Rs.10 from Airtel i have to waste an half hour time to place my compliant & to argue with the person.
I am just wondering how the Co. can debit my account in such unusual way.Who has given you such rights?This is an unethical way of earning.
I think that the Airtel Co. has developed a new technique of generating the income.This is wrong.
I am very much upset & disappointed with Airtel for such type of service.I am the subcriber for the last 15 years but never expereinced such thing &i never expected this from the company like Airtel.
I personally feel very sad for this.
i am thinking to discontinue the service & to subscribe another mobile service.
If the Co. really care for the customer do it.
