    Angry Cash Back offer from Mobile store

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    We have purchased KP 500 Cookie from Mobile store on dated 02/10/2009.

    Along with mobile, also received 5% cash back through Scratch card.

    We have couriered all the related documents through courier along with Bank Details.

    Name of Person: Vineet Dua
    Address: 3284, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi-06
    Mob No. 9891350624

    Courier details are given below.

    Docket No. 115787050
    Date 05/10/09
    Courier Blazaflash Courier

    This courier has received at Mobile Store chennai office.

    Request No./ Complaint No. recd from Mobile Store: I090076050

    Apart from it, we were assured that we will get our money back by December 2009 end.

    But yet not received any cash back and proper feedback from Mobile Store.

    Hello,

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of the Mobile Store via registered post attach the photocopy of all the relevant document and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + damages + courior cost within the mentioned time in Notice (Keep one copy with you)
