    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I have an issue with the service of TATA DOCOMO. I have been charged on
    wrong basis also they harassed me several times. I am sending you the
    attachment with this mail which has my entire issue.

    I am really very depressed and losing my patience. They have been
    charging me like anything. I am the only one who raise his voice.

    It's not for Rs. 3/- It's for everyone. This is me who took the
    botheration otherwise who want to come to court for Rs. 3/-.

    Kindly do the needful.

    Sir,

    I Mr. Santosh Prasad Das having mobile number 9040103551 informing you about the wrong balance deduction happened to my number. There is a deduction of Huge amount that is Rs. 102.45.The balance was cut off by company towards use of GPRS while i already recharged for Rs.48/- GPRS pack. On 9th July at 9.04 am it was going fine after 9.09 am suddenly my account balance goes to Rs. 0.00.I contacted the customer care many times (complain ID is DBL 09185306) they always says that our technical team working on it.I also emailed to the customer care team (mail issue IDs are M1857827,M1854173,M1851806,M1841307,M1837663) but the reply was You should receive your refund of money by today evening but till now there is no refund of a single paisa. I asks you that is this the ways that a subscriber suffers? Please return my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise i will put the issue in consumer forum & DOT.

    Thumbs down deactivation of sim by docomo

    Hi ,
    My Docomo mobile number is 9035711128 . I have been using this number from last 14 months.

    From 25th Jan it was showing SIM Card registration failed and so i was not able to use the service of docomo.

    I called up the call center and they told me that my SIM has been deactivated, they were not able to provide me a reason for the deactivation.
    further they told me to go for new connection & new number.. is this a solution .
    I had rs 90 balance in my account .

    I am very frustrated with this kind of answer & solutions ... i just want my number back ...

    After seeing this kind of incidents with me, my friends have distended from taking docomo connection ever.

    Rs90 is not a big amount for me, but if it's not refunded to me then I bet that I will stop using docomo and will never use it again.

    Expecting a positive response from you.
