I am a customer of idea (+919718050749).For the last 15 days i am having a problem with my no. On the 20th of January a service named Net 20 was activated on my no.,I made several requests to deactivate that services and every time when I made request to deactivate,people from customer care department told me that in the next 24 to 48 working hours the service would be deactivated. But till today the service is still going on .
There is a regular deduction of 20 rupees from my balance.In the starting they refunded some of my money but since 29th January they stopped refunding of my balance also.

Can you help me please to get rid of this problem.
