Dear Sir,
I have purchase my Nokia Mobile handset model no 5130c EMEI no. 358245038383971 on 21st Nov 2009 from The Mobile Strore Address:- no 487/2 CMH Road. Binnamangala 1stage, Bangalore with Invoice no KN4165.
The mobile hanset is in warranty of one year with its accessories(Six month warranty).
I am geting battery backup issue since from last one month. I have submitted my handset three times for one week each time in last one month but the problem is not yet resolved. Every time they take my handset & at the time of returning they inform me that it has been repaired but no results till yet. Neither they are ready to replace the handset nor repairing it, basically no commitment. Today itself I had spoken to them, now again they are asking me to submit my handset & will same thing going to happen again. I can't continue this procedure anymore, because it is not giving any result & wasting my lot of time.
I am struggling for it since from last one month, Please help.
Please feel free to ask if any other information is required. I have xerox copy of my last jobsheet dated 23 Jan 2010.

I bought a new Mobile i.e. Nokia 5320 XpressMusic on 5th December,
2009 from Nokia Retail Store i.e. HARI OM CUSTOM COLLECTION ('the
Seller') Add. Shop No.4,5, D.H. Mane Chawl, Main Kasturba Road,
Borivali - E. Mumbai 400066.
Now my mobile is not working from 5th October, 2010, I went at
Shimpoli Customer Care center to solve the problem, but as per the
information received from the said Customer Care Center the same Nokia
mobile handset warranty had already expired on 14th November, 2009.
The Seller had assured me that he will get the handset repair, however
till date, I have not received any proper reply for the same nor have
resolve the same problem.
Please help me to resolve the problem as the earliest as my entire
work is getting disturbed due to this entire problem.

Nokia people just saying it will take 2 - 3 days time, but from last 45 to 50 days the issues are not solved.
