We have paid bill & unbilled amount. Submitted application for disconnection of Airtel Mobile Connection 9960982200
on 25.01.2010 as stated bellow. Still it is active. We are not using the said connection but for checking of for the any message or call from customer care it is kept in handset. Please let me know how lonk time Airtel will take for cancellation of connection.

Dear sir,
We Graphite India Limited is having one mobile connection bearing no. 9960982200 on the Name of Mr. Piyush Mohan Gupta who was former V.P. of our Company. Presently Mr.S.W. Parnerkar has taken charge of V.P. and is responsible for telecomm authorization activities.
Hereby we request to cancel our said mobile connection because FCT instrument was not working since last 3 months and submitted for repairing/replacement at Airtel gallery CRYSTAL COPORATION, Trimurty Chowk, Cidco, Nashik on 24/11/09.
Reply from Crystal Corporation we have received is FCT Instrument is no more available. So, Purpose of connection is completely lost.
Please cancel the connection and Refund our deposit at he earliest.
Also Today we have paid the bill due as on 27/01/2010 Rs.245.23 + Unbilled Amount Rs. 34.77 Total Rs280/- vide bill no. 1780 dtd. 25.01.2010 at J.J. Marketing, Suyojit City Centre, Mumbai Naka, Nashik.
