I would like to bring it to your kind notice , that I Miheer Malhotra had purchased a Reliance GSM postpaid connection, from BRC Communications Bangalore address #102, 1st Floor, Kedia Arcade, Infantry Road, Bangalore-01 ,
contact numbers: 08088974443, 08088974441 and paid a amount of Rs 500, for which I have received a slip no 1008, and mobile kit number 8991101100000325207 from their representative Srinivas. And also I have submitted my complete documents to him. They have also verified my presence in my official address.
It has been more than a week since I have been calling their numbers and requesting for activation of the Sim card, but I am helpless. They are not providing me with proper solutions and I am again left vain.
Sir, Kindly look into the matter as I am devastated by these worthless people, and their lame excuses, that today your no will be activated.
