I Have Purchased a Micromax X510 Pike Touch Screen Phone in May 2011 from Rushabh enterprise, Khodiyar chowk, Ramnagar, Sabarmati. After three months i faced problems with touch screen, it was not working and that's why i was unable to make calls.

I visited nearest Service Center (Mobile dot com, Opp RTO, Shubhash bridge circle, ahmedabad), they checked my phone & said that "your touch screen need to replace and for that it has to send back to company and it will take minimum 20 days".

Now it pasts more than 50 days then also my phone is not repaired and service center persons are unable to tell expected date of repairing.

Sir, I keep on searching for battery of micromax mobile (QUBE 550) in all service centre of within the karnataka. Just imagine how many customers of micromax searching for accesories of their mobile. This is request for new customer don't buy micromax.
