Dear sir.
I have purchased an apple Iphone 3G8GB part number-MB489HNIB, S/no. 879485 HWY7H wide invoice NO 1491/09-10 dated 14th Jan 2010 from Imagine, J-54, Sector 18, . Noida -201301 U.P.
The i phone was taken to an authorized Airtel shop at sahara mall, Gurgaon for activation. They have inserted the sim but the phone was not working. The Airtel representative suggested us to send it to the shop from where it is purchased for rectification/replacement. We have approached imagine shop at Noida. The lady (mobile no.9811333736) who sold the mobile at imagine shop had outrightly refused to rectify this problem and telling me taht a pin in the phone is physcaly damaged while opening so their is no warranty for this phone and asked me to contact AirTel. I have complained to Airtel also and the complaint reference no. to Airtel is 627126399 Dt 23 Jan 2010 and the call was attended by Mr. Suknit. They have refused to do any thing on this . I have contacted apple also the case reference care no. is 149492939. They advised us to contact the service provider as once the service provider connect it on line, then it can be checked by the apple. After paying Rs. 30.000/-. the product I purchased is of no value to me and I am getting harassed .Please help me in getting it replaced or an immediate refund of the money.
Thanks & Regards
