I gave my samsung star mobile to lodhi road hotspot centre for repairing for problem of vibration not working.I gave my mobile on 21 december 2009.I got my mobile on 13 jan 2010 nearly after one month and upon that when i switched on my mobile i got two new problems my answer key and side lock key was not working.And the person in the hotspot centre told me that its not my responsibility and very rudely told me to go to delhi main branch in lajpat nagar.i again had to give my mobile for repairing and i spoke to Mr Arun manager lajpat nagar hotspot centre and he promised me to return back my mobile on 17 jan 2010 but still whenever i ask him where is my mobile he always replies its under repairing.
