I had purchased mobile phone in a combo offer from home shop 18 in october but within 15-20 days i got problem in that then they replaced the piece but the new product is not working(it shows invalid sim). So i called them up several times and they told me that there is technical problem and they will solve it within 3 days, yesterday their time period of solving my problem is over. I want to complain about it and want the refund of the product. I have wasted lot of time and energy behind them. kindly go through my problem and help
