1. I got a warning sms of “withdrawing my outgoing services as usage exceeds credit limit”. payment of Rs. 1300 was requested.
2. I got a sms regarding bill for Rs. 608.82 due on 1st oct 09.
date:29/9/09.
3. I paid a cash amount of Rs. 1500 on 8th October at airtel store in vasundhara(near kitchen key ).
4. Later on same day i got a sms warning from airtel – “recharge not successful. cust###.on 08-10-2009- 08:46 pm. curr bal:11,083.02

5. I was again informed for payment due of Rs.608
6. My outgoing service was stopped.
7. For the matter, i talked to your customer care representative and i was informed that “your amount was rolled back and was not paid for the bill. please visit the store where payment was made.”
8. At the store ,i was told that “the rollback amount was not reverted back in the same account but was rolled back to some other account, by the mistake of airtel.” This information was confirmed by the store owner with the airtel office. I immediately stopped all services on the number by requesting to the customer care representative.
9. I got a bill for next month where payment was reflected but was not taken into account of bill paid.
