Hello,

I am using Reliance Infocom's WILL Teleponefor last 6 months. We are
getting Excess bills on Special SMS Messages. I was not in station
for last 6 months. In fact My parents dont know how to send & red
messges in WILL. (They dont use mobile also) .

Initially amount small i,e INR 2, INR 21 ..etc. My father paid the
bill without relaing this. For last 3 months it was INT 142, 408 &
424 ..etc. We are not using this "SPECIAL SMS MESSAGE" feature of
Reliance phone.

I have spoken customer care & given complaint reference number
34443975. They have told execss billing will deducted. So far
Reliance not send the rectified bill & Now they have disconnected my
telephone for non payment of bills.

It seems Reliance is doing Day light robbery by sending bills
with "Special SMS message". There is no proof that we are sending
sending SMS messages.

What are options available to Take on Reliance. I read in some foruns
ththat sending mail to TRAI is useless as they are bought over by
Ambanis.
