Hi,

I am Anil Shenoy, a Airtel post paid customer for 10 months (mobile number 9987230007). I had called up the Airtel cuistomer care to activate the international raoming starting 1st Jan to 9 Jan 2010. During the first call on 30th Dec they had informed me that i need to call on the day i was travelling to activate the same. Yesterday night when i called the Airtel CSR informed me that the intl raoming will get activated in next 4 hours. Today when i called from the airport they informd me that it will not be activated as i have not completed 1 year and to activate it i need to pay Rs. 5000. Both these information was not informed to me earlier and prev i was promised that the international service will be activated. Inpsite of repeated requests that i will be in aporblem if the same is not activated, they continuously declined The telecom company has put me in a problem now

This experience is a mental harassment for me & i am expecting few important urgent business calls which will impact my professional life.

I want my international roaming activated or compensation of Rs. 1,00,000 for mental harassment
