I was a airtel customer but due to over billing and various issue i had to changed from post paid to prepaid, I paid all my dues on 27th July 2009 and i was informed that you will get your refund of Deposit within 15 days, its 5 months today. Till now I havent got my refund. I am continuously communicating with Nodal officer, applete officer. and other senior executives but no use and now im frustrated.
