I took a matrix connection for US and had a real bad experince with them. They are cheats and have no valid explantion.

I am on the At&T network and as per their support, all my calls from AT&T networks are free wher as they have charges that.
They had not provided the matrix customer care number while i was travelling to US. So once i reached here i called up to AT&T (as the phone they had given me had at&t printed on it) and they told its free.

Where as all my calls were charged. Also whn i contacted Matrix, they told me that they would charge their reates as i have taken the phone from them. but whn i asked about my unbilled usage, they told they cant provide me that information as at&t doesnt provide it to them. So on one had they tell me not to mention abt at&t as i have taken the connection from them the other hadn they give a explation which mentions at&t. i really would like to take them to consumer court so that they dont fool more customers. its the worst service and i repent choosing it

MATRIX is one hell of a FRAUD company , i got 2 phones / sims ( 3027458566 and 3027459749) for my parents travelling to the usa , the sales guys on the phone told us that the plan being offered was for 300 minutes of free in coming calls into USA - no one mentioned that is you are on a cruise / roaming ( please note we made it clear that my parents will travel to several cities ) they will CHARGE YOU LIKE RANSOM !

first they miss sold the plans then they sent us a notice from a lawyer , saying we better cough up the unreasonably billed cruise charges of Rs. 53,759/- else they will send us to prison ! ( we already paid for the other charges except the cruise charges )

we have hired a lawyer to fight this anarchy and misleading sales - they really dont know how to appreciate their customers

they just want to rip customers ! beware and stay away ! JOIN MY BATTLE - WITHE THEM !

if any one wants to join in - i am glad to add your case to our case with my lawyer for free and fight these fraudsters.

Similar problem has happened to me too.. please find the case below:
This is Nazeer from Andhrapradesh. I took matrix sim card with 30$ USA plan on 15th Dec 2011. We were in the function and was getting ready to go airport we could not able to read the entire docs and we were listening to only matrix agent and we trusted him. The matrix agent who came to give me sim card told that there is no incoming charge for calls. we asked him thrice that "are you sure about it?." he said "yes". Then we told him that if it is wrong we will file complaint against you. he said no problem, you can do. Then we took. One more thing i asked him about cancellation of matrix sim from USA. He gave me one email id and asked me to send mail for cancellation if i am not satisfied. Then i asked him what about instrument. He said we will send person there and we will collect. But today after i got my bill which is worth ( 46781.02 RS) i called him and asked him about the incoming charges. he is telling now its chargeable and he told me the same thing on 15th dec 2012. I visited matrix office in Ameerpet Hyderabad. He says that he did not give wrong information.Very cheap tricks these agents are playing. and when i asked about the cancellation of matrix sim he said send me a courier from USA. Agent has not told us the plan correctly and why should we pay the bill now.Addition to that find the issues i faced with the matrix agent(name :R.Pavan kumar reddy designation: business development executive).


1. Incoming charges: wrong information provided by the agent. I would have not preferred matrix if he would have given the correct info about incoming charges.
2. About deactivating the sim card: he said they will send person to collect in USA. But today he is asked us to send by courirer from USA. More over if we loose the instrument in courier who is responsible for this?.
3. coupons worth 700RS :I gave them 700 RS matrix coupons. that money has been not yet credited from my account. when i asked about this in matrix office they said they will do it any way that is in my account .
4. Line rental: the rental for 1 month is 30$. but they charged me 53.23 as below in my bill. how can they collect rental for the month feb also in Jan bill?..When i ask about this in matrix office they say its only sample bill and you will receive original later. what is mean by sample and original here?..entire matrix system is crap.

5. Bill generation date is 06 JAN 2012 and they send me the bill to mail id on 20th Jan 2012. I dont know what stopped them to send my bill on 06th itself. When i asked about this in matrix office they dont have any answer.
6. Free minutes mentioned in the plan is 300 min but when i see my bill free minutes are only 216 min. they dont have answer for this. dont know how there people are working.
