Dear sir ,
recently i purchased one touch screen mobile handset looking to advertisement in india times shoping having following details
order no 112049156 dated 19/11/2009 for ifone dual sim mp3/mp4 gsm multi media mobile phone for inr 3689.00 . The consignment was deliverd to my residence on 05/12/2009 .
To my great surprise i find that instrument is having invalid imei no and is useless for me as itcannot be used with any service provider due to ban on invalid imei phones as per order of govt. Of india .
I have comlained to india times shoping several times but there is no response . The phone is under gurentee of one month which possiblly they want to pass without acknowledgement
