In a single day i receive almost 20 calls from aircell and around 30 messages. I got frustated of this. on 10 Oct i registed to the aircel do not call service , they assured that , it will take 45 days to get the dnd service activated. but still after 3 months i get the similer calls. When i call the cust care of the aircell, they say that though the complain was registerd on 10 Oct 2009 but it was not forwarded to the concerned deppt, hence they need to do that again , and i will have to wait for next 45 days to get it stopped.
this is quite redicoulos, in the era of technology , one thing i cant understand that the calls which are coming from the aircel's internal system , needs 45 days to get stopped?I previous yrs i have used other suscribers also and found that aircel is miserable among all.
I strongly recommand to not to use their services.
