I have recharged through Internet banking using ICICI prepaid Mobile recharge on my Reliance Number 9352333550 for amount 250 Rs. It usually get reflects in 24 hours but now it is more then 48 hours it is not yet reflecting on my mobile. I called customer care and they said they cannot take request before 48 hours. Then i called after 48 hours then they have logged the complaint and said the problem will be addressed in next 3 working days. I dont think that monetary problem should take a week time for resolution. I called the nodal officer for same but a very poor response that i will get back to you in next 24 hours and there was no communication from there side as of now.
