Dear Sir,
I am a Loop Mobile Pre-paid Customer and has carried out by false campaign of 1 paisa per Second scheme of loop mobile pre-paid services and activated the same by paying upfront activation charges of Rs.43/- with the hope that my call rate which was per minute would reduce as I will be charged only for the duration I will be talking. But to my surprise Loop Mobile under Pre-paid services have indulged in open CHEATING with the Trust of its loyal customer in following ways:
(1) It always charges us and deducts our balance even for the time ringtone rings & when the call recieving person has not even recieved the mobile. It means instead of charging me for the duration I talk it chrges me for the entire duration right from my attempting to call, ringer goes, reciever picks the call and ultimately talk resumes. Thus it charges me fradulently for the time which I am not talking.
(2) Under the new activation of 1 paisa per second plan it has resorted to cheating by charging us for rounded off charges to 5 paisa always on the higher side. It means if I talk for say 61 seconds still instead of deducting 61 paisa it will deduct 65 paisa & if I talk for 66 seconds instead of deducting 66 paisa it will deduct 70 paisa.
I think this is a fradulent breach of trust of a genuine customer and cheating with the pre-paid balance of customer whose agent company is.
(3) Further on approaching to customer service executive on LOOP Mobile Assist Number he refused to register my complaint/ grievances. He tried to defend by saying that his company does not do this. On my several request also he refused to register the complaint. I tried to convince him that if he just register my complaint it does not mean that they have agreed my statement of claims but they would be able to verify the correct position. But that also did not work. I think this is rediculous that in a such a competitive mobile market how a company can afford to be indifferent to customer complaint. He even refused to give me even his higher ups number or concerned departments number when I can launch my complaint.
I pray this honourable forum to give me justice. And order an enquiry into the fradulant billing/ deduction by LOOP Mobile and cheating with the innocent customer. Otherwise this company will flourish un-ethically by cheating with customers.
