I am sumit jain from rajasthan i m working with a finance company and reguler user of airtel prepaid since 4 years, i m also using airtel mobile office, but it's speed is too too slow these days, i really frustrated. i use airtel mobile office regullerly, when i open any simple site it takes ages to open that site. why company gave this type of service that not work properly, for giving us trubble, or for earning money, it's speed is too slow if i downloand any thing so it's speed is 1.5 to 3.0 it is too tooo slow and bandwidh speed is18.10 kbps when i talk with customer executive he ask me mobile office speed is 115.2kbps so what the is this service and your executive as me its fault of your mobile but it is not true becaz i purchase new handset recentely but the condition is same.
I can do nothing with this speed, company should close this type of worst survices, I don't want tooo much speed but I want some more speed only "it should about 25 to 30 kbps downloding speed" it will be comfortable for any user of mobile office whether it will reliance idea or airtel this downloading speed will comfortable for us. and company will not found any complain regarding this gprs speed subject.

m arun a regular customer of airtel and i was please with the services of Airtel till now but last two month make Airtel the worst services in GPRS speed it gives me 1.78kbps average speed .. i m a delhi region airtel customer. how can i complain this about i call customer care but they told me about hanset while i am using iphone 4 as well as i oftenly use in my laptop by mmx modem. Give this solution in 2-3 days and complaint procedure coz m pissed of getting this kind of speed it really sucks! my Airtel mobile number is 9910508240.
