    Dear sir
    Aircel are cheating their customers again and again. (My number is 8802484882 from NCR region) Aircel limited also not listening the complaints of thier customers. Firstly few days back they give me a cal regrading to activate the caller tune and without taking any action by me they have activated it and cut Rs.30 from my account and when i cal them to complaint and told them to return back my money but they have not return back my money to me and even they make my fool for one week.

    And after few days their one executive cal on my number and said that "we have a very good plan regarding caller tune and i am activating that on your phone" he was not asking me he was just informing me that i am going to do this.

    And now on 25 may i request them to activate a caller tune on my number and told the song to them but they have activated a wrong song, then i cal them and told them to change that caller tune they told me that "sir u yourself change your caller tune that is free cost " and when i take the action they have cut Rs.10 from my account and then also they not set that song for which i have requested. Their customer care executive always mis guide their customers .

    This is my request to you that you take strict action against them. Please reply me on my complain as soon as possible to you.

    I am Suresh Pradhan. Living in paschim vihar, new delhi. My cell number is 9716941280. They have activate friend zone scheme without intimating me. And they deduct 15rs from my account balance. When I complaint to the Aircel Customer Care they said I have activate this scheme on 26-5-10. But the fact is I didnt received a single call from their side or I didnt sent any activation msg from my number. After that they disconnect the call without registering the complaint. After 2 - 3 time when i call them again they finally register my complaint. They give me complaint number which is 1-2083831126. It is third time I face this problem.

    Please suggest how can I take a legal action.

Firstly few days back they give me a cal regrading to activate the caller tune and without taking any action by me they have activated it and cut Rs.30 from my account and when i cal them to complaint and told them to return back my money but they have not return back my money to me and even they make my fool for one week.

    This MSG is regarding activation of caller tune without anyone's permission.


    I have an another complain regarding caller tune on another AIRCEL #. With earlier complain as stated below i got a satisfactory response.


    I am using AIRCEL prepaid # 9716318636 from past 2 months. And, i faced auto activation of caller tune without any permission or concerns & the my a/c was debited with Rs 30 on 5th of July.


    Firstly i am very disappointed with AIRCEL customer care service dept. as while trying to connect customer care # will never gets connected in one shot & if get connected there are lots of per-recorded informations are there & its takes a very long time to get it connected with customer care guys if connects they never provide immediate solution, they always pass this info that you will get the fruitful answer only after 5 days. Other Tel e-com service providers companies are far better than you b'coz we gets connected very fast & gets immediate solutions.


    As again i have made complaint to AIRCEL customer care. I had a word with MITHUN & he forwarded my request to your concerned dept. for reversal & complaint # is 1-2272581638.


    What do you think that are we earning illegally for Rs. 30 we have to work for an hour & you guys deduct our money in a second. How you all guys doing this. I think that these days AIRCEL is in great loss that's why they are accumulating there fund with deducting there customers money without taking any prior permission.


    Need a proper solution very fast.

    Question Fraud Business by Aircel

    Few days back someone from Aircel Customer Care called me, and said my number has been chosen for free Caller Tune, I denied it, but he was asking me again and again. So at last I told him to give me the free caller tune, but I asked him repeatedly whether it will charge me anything, he said it wont.

    But after activating, it started deducting money from my mobile balance. And whenever I recharge my cell it deducts money. I called paid customer care by dialing 121 and after taking 10 mins somebody of Aircel customer care ask me to call at 198 which is a Free Complaint center. I told him, when I'm ready to pay you for take my complaint why are you asking me to call a free one, I don't get your customer care line available, and I don't have so much that I waste behind you guys. But he disconnected the line.

    After trying 1-2 days I got the line and they said it was deducted because of that caller tune. Now my question is the service should be provided when its being asked by the customer, why they force the customer to take it, and the cheat him.

    Now a funny game is being played by Aircel. I registered for DND with my cell number, but now a days again they have started calling me for their products and sending me lots of SMS throughout the day till 10 o' clock at night.

    I'm just asking through this post, is there any rule, made in India for the telecom customers, so that we can use our mobiles peacefully?

    My cell no. 9738357349 the aircel people are cheating by activating the caller tune without the customer activating it. When you call the customer care they say that we have pressed some key to activate it even though the truth is that we have not pressed any key or by any other means activated it. This has happened with me twice and with one of my friends too. Even after informing them to deactivate the caller tune they did not do so. And when you recharge the next time the deduct your 30Rs as a charge for the caller tune. You need to take this into account as a very issue and see that they pay a heavy penalty for this and they need to return our money back. And the most ironic thing is that the caller tune activated on my cell is a discussion or a talk between two people. You can call to my number and just verify it. This is very much embarrassing.

    Thumbs down aircel is totally fake .........

    Im firoz khan from new delhi and my mobile number is 9716958341. im using this number around last two years. I did not get any sms and my balance is suddenly reduce from my account 25/-Rs after it i called to customer care depatment somebody said call to Deactivate Dial Tollfree 570001"
    i called on this number but there is no option to deactivate this service .

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Aircel customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Post aircel has cheated me by activating some services

    respected sir
    I am using the aircel number 9697759040 in which some IPL jockes service was activated before 3 months,
    I am saying for it & i have not recieved even a single joke from them.
    Now i want to deactivate this service but i am unable to do it. So i have register a complaint(2356043441) in their customer care inorder to deactivate it
    But still no response from them
    Kindly help me on this issue.

    Default aircel facebook sms service didn't send me confirmation code

    i had sent an email to aircel,but 2 days had passed, and i still havent got a reply

    compare to airasia.com, when i sent them an email, i got instant reply..not even 1 minute i got my problem solved..
    i think aircel should really learned something from them..they sucks at customer service,even the operator sucks

    I had sent "f" to 51555 four times already..but I havent received any confirmation code..

    I saw this article in a website

    please, I don’t wanna log in to facebook..I just want to update my status anytime,anywhere via sms...



    don’t u (aircel) already offered this service, but how come ur operator dunno anything about it?

    I don’t believe that my phone is not supported, cuz this is simple sms service...only..every mobile phone can support sms service..and I don’t want to activate my gprs cuz I m not always in use.



    plz clear this out for me and reply me or call me asap, I have always trusted aircel, and I was so happy because aircel support facebook sms service, but I was too disappointed with ur customer service and ur facebook confirmation code.!

    Angry Balance deducted again and again by AIRCEL

    Dear Sir/ Mam
    I am Divya from Delhi and my mobile no. is 9716162809 i am using Aircel from last one and a half year.
    In this period they deduct my balance of Rs. 90/-(30-30 for dialer Tune and 30 for Friends Zone).

    Recently I got the SMS from 57000 on 09.09.2010 at Night and they charged again 30 Rs. from my account.
    "Thank you for subscription of Aircel Friend Zone. You have been charged Rs. 30. To Unsubscribe Dial 570001(Toll Free). To Chat Call 57000 at Rs. 2/min."
    So, that I called to Customer Care after received SMS but they not Pickup a call till yet.
    This is my Warm Request please help me in this matter. and take strictly action against Aircel.

    I complained Yesterday also to consumer Court but no response is coming.
    Please do urgently.

    sir i am using aircell and they activated friendship zone free of cost on 2010 august 2 and after 1 month in sep 2 they took 30 rs from my balance and i asked them to deactivate the friendship zone but they say it will we deactivaated witihn 72 hours and now after 2 weeeks i called the customer care and they told theres was a mistke and they told me after 72 hour s the friendship zone will be deactivated but till now dae 15 sep 2010 they are saying that it wil be deactivated but the took 30 rs from my balance
