Balance deduction Hi ! my name is Sammy Singh and my number is 9903144991 (Airtel pre-paid no.).
I want to complain that there was a balance deduction from my mobile on 1st Dec'09 and again on 3rd Dec'09 at midnight, when I was sending messages to my friends. Though, I had a msg bal but still it was deducted from my main account. And whenever I am trying to reach the customer care executive either the line is getting disconnected or else they are asking for more time, as they don't have the update. Please, do the needful or else I have to switch to other service provider.
