    Default problem regarding sony ericsson customer care

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is kapil chowdhary and I live in kolkata.I bought a sony ericcson set in april 2009.Recently It got some problem problem with camera so i took it to the service center where they submitted it for repairing.When they were delivering it to me,I found that it was not showing network.When I told them this thing,they said that it was because network connectivity is poor in that building.After returning home I found that it was not accessing network properly.
    Now when I took it to the same service center after 2-3 days,its engineer opened the cell and told me that I have done tinkering with it so they can't do anything about it.
    Sir,as I have never even tried to open it,I think they made some mistake while repairing last time and now blaming it on me.So please suggest what should i do in this situation.

    Default Improper working of mobile handset and no conceren over the problem

    Respected sir,
    I am SURINDER KUMAR from Roopnagar (Punjab) has recently purchased a new sony ericsson W205 on oct 17,2009.There are some minor problems from the initial day of the purchase when i reported the problems to the concerned dealer (PUNJAB MEDICAL STORE,opp civil hospital,roopnagar 140001,Punjab).Instead of listening to the problem,he started misbehaving and doesnt payed any regards to my problem.as there are no initiatives taken to my problem.So kindly pay attention to my request and take necessary action against the concerned dealer.

    Default sony ericsson service delay

    sir

    I had applied for a display replacement under 1 year warranty on 9th sep 09 which has been registered with the company.But yet i am to receive my replacement and to add to the agony
    the local service center are showing no interest in the case even after so many approaches.
    please help me in deciding the further course of action.

    i will be very grateful for your help.

    I was purchared sony z555i on 29-04-2009. And every 15 days my phone auto turn off.
    Therefore now i dont lile ur service.

    I purschased a sony ericsson w705 on jan 26 2010 for 12000.With in the first week of purcase it started connection problems i took it to an sony ericsson service centre in tambaram sanitorium they changed the software (work order no SE310MC110857)..it worked fine for 2 3 days then again problem started and when i took it back they changed its mother board (work order no SE310mMC110897). tis time it worked fine for 1 week and again problem started . this time they said they changed the connector but i din get any job sheet. this also failed in 2 days and now they have said me again they are going to change its mother board (work order no SE310MC111326)..

    And wen i talked to customer care abt it they say straight on face u cant speak to a heigher official no matter wat u do .. wat ever ur prob is.. I THINK THIS KIND OF TREATMENT IS GIVEN ONLY TO INDIAN SONY CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD. NEVER HEARD OF IT MY 23 YR LIFE.
    i really don understand wat to do..............

    Default camra not zooming

    hi, myself sandeep from punjab,i have purchased x10 mini pro. but its camra dont showing the zoom in or out function.can u please help me to sort this problem
