balance is being deducted without any reason i am an airtel customer.my balance is being deducted by 30 paise for 15-20 times a day..i have contacted customer care and they cant find anything..what should i do???my number is 9903145588...i m at howrah(west bengal)

I got a new pre paid sim card from Airtel yesterday in chennai and activated 3G in my mobile and every 10 or 15 minutes they deducts 0.30 INR.I don't know why they deducted (Message : call cost 0.30 INR;Bal 35.49 INR; Last call duration 00:00:00).The worst part is I am not able to communicate to customer care and it take me into loop and it disconnects.Now I don't know how long they will do thathow to reach customer care (i tried 198,121,98401 98401).
