Sub: Compliant for wrong commitment prepaid to postpaid: 9811365705

Dear Concern,

This is to make notifying that I requested to got convert my Vodafone number
9811365705 from prepaid to postpaid on 3rd of October, 2009. On 6th oct the
no get activated from pre to post with a plan of HCL 175 i.e. corporate
plan.



Now the point is, while I had made the request, I received a call from
vodafone sales team who have explained the bill plan to me & assured me that
your will be getting a "WELCOME Gift" within 20 days from the date of
request. The commitment was made that the gift would be either a wrist watch
or a travel bag. On 8th Oct, 2009 one of your representative visit my
address with a "Table Clock" as my gift. I got furious & did not accept the
gift after making a complaint with complain no 2032062634 at 4:32 pm for the
same to Mr. Deelip Gupta to whom the representative ask to give the complain
as he dials the no. from his phone. Mr. Singh assured me that I will be
getting the answer by 14th Oct, 2009.



On 12th Oct, 09 I got a call from Mr. Salimuddin, one of Vodafone complain
department' member clarifying me the issue but the call got disconnected by
some means & he did not get back to me after that. I wait for a long time &
then after 14 days I call back to Vodafone care i.e. 111 but the Vodafone
server was not working so the executive ask me to call next day, surely I
have done that & make a call next evening i.e. 27th Oct, 09 at 5:30 p.m. and
Mr. Anuj was the guy to whom I was taking. After taking to anuj I got
surprised by the lines he says to me. According to anuj there is no such
scheme and if a commitment has made to you that does not matters to him &
"ye hamari marzi ki hum apko ab koi bhi gift nhi de rhe hai". After getting
these words I argu to anuj that you mean to say that if I can have a no. and
make a bill & then refuse to pay the bill what will happen? As per my
understanding Vodafone will legally go with me. Now I got the surprising
words he replies, "I will not force you to pay the bill & even to retain the
no. also, who says you to be a Vodafone customer". After having such a good
words I asked him to transfer my call to senior executive but he disconnects
the call.



After this all drama, I get back to 111 again and speak to Mr. Chandan &
give the whole details to him. He assured me that I will be getting a call
back for the same. Now I am writing this mail today on 3rd Nov, 09 because I
have yet to receive a call from your side.



Apart from the above I want to explain you that the same kind of problem
appear with my 9811455427 no as the wrong commitment was that if I will
retain this no for more than 6 months and I request for a new no then I will
be getting some additional benefits between those two no. But when after 1
year completion I asked for the same the executive says only one line that I
apologies for a wrong commitment and this is not possible. At that time I
have not gone further more and say OK but not this time.



Finally as a customer I want to explain you that I am running with Vodafone
from last 4 years with 9811365705. I am having 9811455427 from last 1.2
years. Also have a prepaid no. apart from the above am having a friend
circle .



So please help in getting the same.
