    Unhappy Complain against reliance broadband new connection

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I made an order to buy a Reliance broadband connection through Reliance link on Sunday "November 1st 2009. On Monday "November 2nd, 2009" morning i was getting call from STD code 0120, 01204087646, 0120-4087618. The calling person was asking to ship the product to my residence or my office address, when i asked for the payment, then they told me that either you can make online payment or can give the payment to my executive. when i asked for the online payment link then he gave me online payment link offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm.

    On the same day (Monday "November 2nd, 2009" evening around 6:00 PM) two person came (09880487583) and (09343501504) to my residence to ship the product. I made the payment through online in front of those guys and given two passport size photo, driving license and rental agreement. They took my document and gave me the device with MDM no 9379186452 and commited that the device will be activated from Tuesday (November 3rd, 2009). But till now my device is not getting activated. When i tried to call those guys then they are not picking the call at all and customer care executive is not taking seriously. The customer care executive is telling that go to Reliance web world or call to the person who gave the device. They are telling that we can help only when data is updated in our database.


    I raised a complain against this in Reliance custome care "Ticket No - 112535253", but i didn't get any response from Reliance broad band end.

    I took this device for my official purpose ie video conferencing, conf call conferencing etc. Due to unavailability of this connection i am not able to do any thing related to official work. It is affecting my careers and i am feeling harassed. I lost my money and loosing my loyality with company also.


    So, Sir/Madam could you please help me on this issue?

    Angry reliance broadband connection-too much negligence

    Hi friends,

    I applied reliance broadband connection since 15 days back. still i am get connection.
    Marketting executive peoples (Naveen Kumar and Purushottam reddy TL). they committed for only 3 to 4 days.
    and

    they given one number...but no body didnt pick up the phone...the number is 080-30701210..u can also try this number. no body will lift the phone.

    So, remember reliance people did not respond...

    Hi,
    I had applied for a reliance broadband fixedline connection two months back, but still i haven't got my connection. The people at reliance used to give all sort of excuse like line is cut in that area and everytime i call them they say that they will connection give today or tomorrow and now it has gone to more than 2 months, initially while applying they promised to give me connection in 3 days time, so i disconnected the airtel connection that i had, and now without internet i'm facing huge loss due to my pending works. Recently when i try to call them, they never pickup the call.

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance Broadband customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Post reliance company cheater

    I want to inform tou that i applied new reliance broadband coneection on 24 aug 2010. a reprsentative named kuldeep mishra (contact number 9311240326) . he came to my place and collect the cheque of rs 500 . I represented all the required do0cuments and he committed that my connection will be started within 3 days . now its more than a ten days. but still the broadband connection is not installed at my place. these days when ever try to contact him, he simply disconnect his phone i am very very upset and really shocked to recieve such a pathetic service from reliance which claims to be number one company in india. It is my sincere request to you kindly resolve the matter at the earlier, otherwise i dont have any other option but to go in the consumer court.

    Dear all,
    I am Karthik from Kovundampalayam, Coimbatore. I had a thought of getting an RELIANCE BROADBAND connection and called an Reliance EXECUTIVE named Mr, Malaravan. He had said me all the things to get an connection and all but i din submit any of my proofs, he said me 2 call him after 2 days and i will conform the connection to u ( SAID ON 01-09-2010) un till the tip of the second i am making the call but there is no proper response from him, Mr, Malaravan mobile number is +91-9629168007. what a great response from RELIANCE CUSTOMER DEAL SERVICE'S..
    It's really great of u reliance....... I am really don't think this is good.

    I am writing this mail with lot of anger towards reliance company as I am common man can not reach Ambani's and tell them how ppl are suffering from your so called services that your company is providing.

    I want to inform you that i applied new reliance broadband coneection on 10th Nov 2010. a reprsentative named Veeru (contact number 09393961690) . he came to my place and collected the cheque of rs 500 . I represented all the required do0cuments and he committed that my connection will be started within 3 days . now its more than a week days. but still the broadband connection is not installed at my place. these days when ever try to contact him, he simply disconnect his phone i am very very upset and really shocked to recieve such a pathetic service from reliance which claims to be number one company in india.
