i want to inform you that your customer care executive are not responding to my call,to day when ever i am trying to contact them by dialling *333 my call was disconnected six times while transfering it to customer care executive. one time he disconnected the call after picking it.
Last night,my balance after last call is 41.10 rupees,and in the morning it was 11.10 rupees,It was so shocking to me. I am trying to contact customer care executive time to time but they are not responding to me. I have also diactivated FMIndial pack last night but they had again activated it on my number 09018080627(kathua, Jammu and Kashmir).sir i am requesting you,please have a look over this topic.

i want to draw your kind notice towards a fact that i am using reliance gsm(smart) (9681936940). they have deducted Rs.30 twice from my account (mob. no 9681936940) for no reason. And, when i have complained them , then they are saying that certain packs are activated from my side. But, this is not so. if everytime they will deduct certain amount for no reason and will not hear to anyone, it is unbearable for a person like me.
so, please do something.
i will be highly obliged to you for this.

I'm a Reliance GSM Customer (mob. no. 9681761062) for a period of 6 months. But, within these periods they deducted Rs.30 thrice and Rs. 40 once for some of their Pack. Though I didn't activate these types of jugglery packs, the customer care executives stick to the point that the pack had been activated from my side. And moreover the time they were informing about the activation of those pack was really awesome, because at that time the mobile was sent for repairing to Chennai factory. Recently, they stole amount of Rs. 20 for FMIndial Pack which is of no use for me. When I report it to call center they keep my ph. call on hold and immediately disconnect my call.
In this situation pl. suggest me what to do.

on wednesday -- i have recharged my phone with 56 rs and i got unlimited messages.
on thursday-----56 rs again are deducted from my balance and again message scheme is activated.
I talked to MADAN CHAND THAKUR (senior executive) and POONAM about my complain but they ignored me and misbehaved with me.
kindly i request you to refer my problem and return my balance as soon as possible.

I had applied for a reliance high speed internet connection and their sales executive came to my house to collect the papers and a cash amount of RS. 2300. He said you will get the data card in 48 hours and it is now 2 and a half weeks that no one has given me any information about the status of my connection. If i call at relaince customer care they say we cant help you. I think now its only consumer court that can help me. The people sitting in the kurla channel partner - 02232991433 have miss behaved with me. harassing me of not telling the status of my form.

2 july 2010 , i got one msg from relince your 10 rs deducted for crbt sevice.
last month i alreday de activated the crbt service. but 2 times automaticalt activated and charges are deducted from my account, later the firm know it is wrong and then they credicted that amount on my account.
