    respected sir,
    i am taruna frm jaipur using reliance d no is 8824210488 i am realy annoyed wid ur services i am nt using any kind of value added service n my balance is deducted with no reason this is d 3rd time i am facin dis very problem ur services r raly pathetic i mean how can u deduct sme one's balance with no reason n on top of tht if we tok to customer care they say u r usin dis dis service which actualy is being added wid out even v bein aware of it............i kindly request u to solve my problem as soon as possibleeeee.....

    This is to inform you that I have ported my reliance number 7676375707 to Tata Docomo and you have provided me the porting request number is RX599928 and the code valid till 07-12-2011, but today I have received the sms from you stating that MNP request rejectedfor 7676375707 due to 1.Rejected by Donor 2. UNDER Owner CHNAGE at 2011-12-06 18:37:13....

    Kindly look into this matter and let me know why you have rejected my MNP at the earliest

    i recharged with denomination of INR 119 through which i was to receive rs. 150 in my promo balance but latter there was no addition of balance to my account nor was any balance added up to my promo balance.i contacted the customer care immediately but even after trying for about 10 times....they just didn't receive the call and the call gets disconnected automatically.
    The number for which i recharged is 9692307110.

    Exclamation Balance gets automatically deducted!

    Dear Sir,
    I have bought 2 reliance numbers in December, 2011. One of the numbers I have been using is 9015669462. The problem I am experiencing for past three months is that subscription to some service gets automatically activated and I am informed about this once I have been charged for it. I have unsubscribed from this service many times still they keep on activating it every now and then without acknowledging. And I only get to know about it once my balance is deducted.
    Also the customer service executives are always busy. They never respond to the calls.
    I request you to do something so as to save my valuable time and money.

    Default complaint regarding message service

    Hello,
    I am Chitta Ranjan Biswal from Chhatishgarh and my mobile no is 8305165162.
    I have a few complaints regarding your service provided and the way you have designed your customer services to handle the complaints of the customers,of course when he/she succeeds in getting in touch with your cce through your contact nos.

    1.what is the procedure to talk to somebody associated with your so called customer care other than the deaf lady computerized voice speaking regardless of the complainer's pain to hear the things,mostly needless,it is speaking..?
    2. could you kindly explain why you keep deducing 39 rupees message balance every subsequent month once somebody subscribes to the service without even asking the concerned customer if he/she needs it..?
    After twice deducing it,when perhaps this month your enterprising conscience cared to inform me beforehand(and that is two days before) that I have to send a message "deact pack39" to 53739 and I did the same I got a presumably system generated message no default configured which I found not comprehensive enough thanks to your celebrated "convenient" customer care system.
    Not surprisingly,I got a message today "thank you for renewing your monthly message pack..!"
    I must say..a truly MARVELOUS customer care initiative you have taken.(Please care to note the sarcasm)
    I hope you have a convincing explanation at your disposal for the above incident that i believe could be happening with many of your privileged customers.

    subscribe me a criket mania service but i did not activated it.for
    this subscription you were deducted rs. 49 from my balance.
    so kindly deactivate this service & get back my rs. 49

    From 23 July 2009 - 13 August 2009 noon my net was disconnect by you and re-activated on 13 August 2009 evening. It means you people disconnected my net 21 days even though I have paid money for this period without using net.

    And again 15 August 2009 you people disconnected, even though I have paid money as per discussion with your call center + management people.

    From 15 August 2009 to till date my net is disconnected by you.
    Now tell me, how this amount Rs.612.00/- comes, as my net is disconnect by you people?

    Please treat this as an urgent and important and resolve my all issues asap else revert my extra paid amount and disconnect permanently. As you people are not able to resolve customer problems.
