I lost my cell and sim...9911846633...its a postpaid number...i'm trying to call idea customer care to block the number...bt they never pick the call...wat should i do?

i have lost my idea sim,i went to customer care to block my sim they said sim cant b blocked either i buy new sim or laeve as it is so anything illigale happening will b responsibility of idea

I have lost my Nokia mobile and Idea sim card together on 11/12/2010 arount 6.45.pm. I called to customer care, but they did not blocked the same. I filed a complint with che police. They are very helpful. I am a post paid customer of Idea Since 2006.

Then today morning I went co their calicut custumer care centre, which is opened in sundays also. But these people are not helped me.
Now I realise that Idea is 'GOOD FOR NOTHING".

I here by request to the public that, please change your service provider from Idea. When mobile number portability is active, we can change the service provider without changing your mobile number.

I've Lost my phone with IDEA prepaid SIM card - 9917205207. I tried to call Idea customer care to block the SIM but they didnot block it and said that I need to go to Police Station and get the FIR filed and then visit IDEA showroom for getting new sim card. I am a senior citizen and right now at out of station. Police station and IDEA showroom is very far from my place so I cannot go there till next week. I request you to block the SIM immidiately. I will not be responsible for any misuse during this period.

For this premium number I have paid Rs.111/- with Rs.30/- talk time. But now it has been lost. So please BLOCK this SIM immediately so that I will get the duplicate SIM when I get sufficient time to find out your Show Room at Perungudi, Chennai.
