Non renewal of Advance rental plan by Vodafone for 3 years. Hi,
This issue is related to Non renewal of advance rental plan for 3 years on 9899348760 from Vodafone.
Repeatedly speaking with customer care executives, sending emails to <vodafonecaredel@vodafone.com>, requesting them to call me back to understand the issue has lead to a dead end till now. I am fed up of getting standard resposne whenever i send an email. No one even bothers to check the content of the email to understand what the issue is, forget about getting a resolution.
Changing my service provider seems to be the only alternative now.
Details of my email sent to Vodafone care on 10th July:
I have nowhere mentioned in my email that i have been charged for calls which are not geniune. It seems you are not bothered to understand the actual issue being faced by me.
I also know that Talk149 (advance rental) tariff plan is deactivated on bill dated 20-Apr-2012. But what you fail to understand is that i had already raised a request for renewal of the advance rental plan for 999 for 3 years when i received a service call from Vodafone for renewal of the plan.
For my number 9899348760, i have already done the following in the last 3 months:
1) Confirmed to the person who called from Vodafone that i wish to renew the advance rental plan of 999 for 3 yrs.
2) Have sent a sms with RENEW to 111 for renewing my advance rental plan for 3 years.
3) have sent email from my email id registered for 9899348760 which is sumitnayyar1@rediffmail.com requesting to renew the advance rental plan of 999 for 3 yrs.
In between i found out that the outgoing services of my number 9899348760 have been blocked.
In fact today on 2 September, i again called customer care to understand what is the status of my request as i have again received the bill for the month of August 2012 and the advance rental plan is still not activated. As usual the customer care executive was unable to help me with a standard response that he cannot do anything as an email has to be sent to vodafone care.
I just don't understand how many times will i have to call or send an email to vodafone care.
This is height of unprofessionalism. In all my emails i have requested that someone from customer care should call me to understand the problem but it seems no one is bothered to do so.
This leave me with only one alternative, i will visit the nearby Vodafone store and get the number terminated on this saturday i.e.8 September and end my misery.
Thank you for all the help which has vodafone customer care executives have provided to me which has resulted in only problems and additional trauma.
I will also be lodging a complaint with the grievance cell, as i have had enough.
