Tata DoCoMo - Balance Deducted without any reason. Hello,
I am using Tata DoCoMo SIM Card for my Micromax 200G Data Card. Today when i start my computer i seen that i received a message which is :-
From : TA-HUWWAP
Hi!You have downloaded AD-V-VP-Btown_Heroin at Rs13.82/-Non-renewable.Balance is Rs1.008 at 04-09-12 07:12PM
Time : 2012-09-04 19:16:42

So, without doing anything it deducted my balance. I never download like these things as i am using Data Card only. So please refund my Balance Tata Docomo. and one more thing when i trying to activate dnd i got reply :-
Dear Customer , We regret to inform you that your request cannot be proceed. Pls call 121 for any further Information.

As you know that every Provider now charge for Customer Care Service so i can't call and also because this SIM Card always inserted on Data Card. So please refund my Balance Tata DoCoMo and stop doing like these things. Please Activate DND Service to my no. and refund my balance.

Okay, and there is an another problem. Many of times internet stops working even when i try it using my phone. In PC it got Disconnect or Connect but didn't give any speed. And same on Mobile. How to fix this problem ?

Tata DOCOMO deducting balance unnecessarily My balance is being deducted by Rs1 daily around 2 am. I haven't subscribed for anything. Last time when the same happened I called to customer care around half a dozen times only them it stopped, still i didn't get refund.. Once again the same problem but now i fear calling them because that would mean spending extra bucks for no reason...
Suffering since last 4 or 5 days...

Tata Docomo balance deducted unnecessarily everyday. Everyday a amount of Rs. 1.50 is being deducted from my mobile balance and the same is the case with my fathers sim, without any reason. No service is activated and it also does not shows in the last 3 deductions, where is all the money going. I request the Customer care of Tata Docomo to solve this issue as soon as possible. It's happening from last 3-4 days.
And also the customer care number in Lucknow does't have the option to talk to the executive, it's just the computer or nothing.

Belance deducted from last 3 three days tata docomo deduct my balance . without any confirmation. thay got my balance neel at end of day . no one reply me in costumer care . so i will change my service provider.
