1 - I purchased a SIM of Reliance Prepaid GSM on 03-Oct-09,of Rs -150, and the scheme was free STD - 50 minutes
Local Calls - 150 Minutes
And STD SMS - evryday 150 sms free.

Till now I not received any of above said scheme,I made complaint to Call centre also and spoke to managers they just giving me dates.

2 - Also yesterday night I made a online recharge of Rs - 42 , Rs - 80, Rs -32 , through ICICI BANK prepaid mobile payment service, I received the amount of 42 and 80 but not the 32 one, so I called and spoke to my bank ppl ,they told that they made sucessful payment to reliance.

I spoke to reliance call centre and spoke to one of senior and he told me that till now Reliance GSM not launched online recharge facility,so they cannot do anything.I asked them whether reliance is going to refund me my Rs 32 or not, they told that its not possible.


Kindly let me know whether I can sent mail to Nodal officer of reliance or to go to consumer court, also provide me the mail and adress of the nodal officer of reliance. If possible.
