I requested the to change my idea prepaid number to postapaid number, but its been more than 1 month nothing has happened. even though the number is now not at all working. when ever i call them to track the details, they dont have updated information. Nobody is ready to help. i also compliant in Nodal offices, but no use. The wosrt experience of my life.
