My name is Yogesh Kumar and my loop mobile No. is 9987343313 (Mumbai Circle)

I did port my no. from Airtel to Loop in March-2012, for better service purpose. But loopmobile service is as wrest as previous service provider. so i want to port again to my no and message PORT to 1900 and got my unique porting ID-MHCC2785016707 dated 30/07/2012 after 90 days locking period. After some days a got a message my port request rejected by reason : contractual obligation violation. then i tried to call loopmobile customer help no 800 and talk about this problem, he told me that "your port out contract retain as instructional given by me on 14-08-2012, and i cannot port nexy 60 days.". i would like to tell you that i did not give any instruction to anyone for contract retention for porting out. If i gave any such instruction please provide me recording of communication between me and customer help executive of loopmobile. I am very sure i never give any instruction to contract retention for port out.
