Hi Anil,

This is surely an Airtel number from Gujarat which includes Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

In this Case might be possible that sometimes some customer care nos are meant for only outward calls not inward calls.
In these cases when you call that no they will say a msg that It is not a registered no or the inward calls to this no are barred.

About the blank calls sometimes it is possible that when someone calls you then due to network or something you are unable to hear anything from that side and the vice versa.

If the frequency of the calls is very high and they are intentionally disturbing you for something then you may file a case bit if it is not true then you have to just register a complaint against the no in Airtel as it is a Service No. So they will help you for sure.

I got a blank call from 9738727147, which is of Aircel, Karnataka Circle, asking us "who are you?". When we asked him "who are you?", he disconnected. Immediately he sent messages "reply must", "why", "who are you", etc. When I called from another landline number he lifted and said "hello" and when I questioned about this, he kept himself dumb. Afterwards, he did not lift / out of coverage area. I need his address and all details to register a complaint.
