I am Rashmi Ranjan Rout from Bangalore.I am using tata docomo number 7411389452.Yesterday I sawRs.43 recharge on their online recharge portal which gives 1 paisa/2 sec for 90 days.So I recharge through SBI Internet banking bearing transaction number IGC1583281.Never ever I got any confirmation message that my recharge was successful.Tata docomo was deducting 2 paisa/1 second per the local call as Rs.43 plan was activated in my number without my prior notice.Actually its plan is 1 paisa/2 second but for first 60 seconds its 2 paisa/ 1 second.I did not know about that.
I thought that Rs.43 recharge was not being done on my number.So yesterday I gave a complain to customer care regarding my money back.So today i.e. is on 10th August 2012 I once again recharge with Rs.43 though SBI internet banking bearing transaction number IGC1792666.Again money got deducted from my account but I did not get any recharge confirmation message same as the previous one.But the recharge was successful.
Then I chatted with one of the customer care executives.He is saying that recharge 43 was successful in your number twice.When I asked about why did not you mentioned in your website link that Rs.43 is benefitted with 1 paisa/2 second and for first 60 seconds 2 paisa/1 second.I gave him the tata docomo online recharge link through which I recharged and told him that nowhere it is mentioned such.That bloody fellow is giving me some other link saying me that it is mentioned here.This is worse service.Also their appellate authority and nodal authority contact numbers are not working as well.Any time you call they customer care executive complaint number 198 an auto generated response you will hear saying that all our customer care representatives are busy.Since the last 2 days I almost lost around Rs.100 for this bloody idiot Tata Docomo Service

i have use tatadocomo for the past 3 years no 8148369359 . i am using no rate cutter sim buying on the date call rates local tata to tata 1/p for 6 sec.other mobile 1/p for 1sec.sms will be 60 paise.i have ask customer care it will change. it is a life time plan .i want change to sim aircel please help customer care
My name is anil and my mobile number is 8904320075.i have a tata docomo prepaid connection.last month i lost my balance several times for various services which was activated on my number without my knowledge or request. I called customer care and told that fool about the same.he promised me that balance will be refunded in 24 hours and he cancelled all the services(he also cancelled my callertune which was active for a long time). When i realised that they have not refunded the money in 2 days i called again and told the lady everything and requested her re-activate my callertune and refund my balance,she promised that callertune will be back in some hours and transferrd call to some department...i was put onhold for more than 15 mins and was disconnected after which i was unable to call them......nowadays i dont call customer care because i know its waste of time...
