Please be informed that i am a user of Vodafone prepaid(9953589292) and a postpaid(9811459297) number. And have complaints with both two. After so many followups and all i would like to post this complaint so that i will not be in any more trouble and trauma.
Complaint 1 :-
I requested to transfer my prepaid number(9953589292) to a postpaid plan(Rs 150 rental) on Saturday(28-july-2012) and an executive came to my place the same day collected all the documents and Rs 250 in cash towards the activation fee and promised that my number will be transferred into postpaid within 72 hrs. I don't know how Vodafone counts its 72 hrs but a day before yesterday(6-August-2012) i called customer care center asking why my number is not activated yet and got an answer that none of the request is there of any kind of transfer.
Now the first question in my mind Strikes " IS VODAFONE DONE SOME KIND OF SCAM OR SOMETHING".
Earlier when i call Customer Care for giving the request i had a word with Raj who sold me the plan saying that i can enjoy 50p/min call on any mobile(STD/Local) if i purchase the plan on the same day(28-july-2012 and so i did that).
Now i have a name of a person Mr. Manoj (9899159540) who is in Vodafone at some post and handling my request of the transfer, gave a call to him on 6-august-2012 and got to know that the verification is still pending as the executive who came for verification at my address found my door locked. Now, its a thing to laugh because i am working in night shifts from 3 months and always at home in the day time sleeping in my bed, so how come my house is locked. I still said its okay send the executive today(6-August-2012) got the reply he will come within 24 hrs. now i m waiting how many days will it Vodafone guys take to complete this 24hrs time.
Complaint 2 :-
About the postpaid number(9911459297). I am not receiving any kind of bill from last April - 2012. But without knowing my bill i deposited Rs1000+ Rs1000 previously. So that my number will not be bared. Now this month(July2012) i thought that i must check the bill before depositing any amount so waited for long. After some time i started receiving calls from the collection agents about making the payment of Rs.358 (as my last bill outstanding) wherein my credit limit is Rs1400. I explained the complete scenario to each executive all listened and say okay and we are raising the query. After receiving calls from 6 or 7 different collection agents, a agent suggested me to call at Customer Care on 111 and i did that. Now came the main Issue i call the CC executive he informed my that not to print bill service is activated on my number i said okay tell me the email account on which i am receiving the soft copy and GOT AN ANSWER THERE IS NO EMAIL ID SUBSCRIBED. Now again being patient i said please tell me who gave the request to activate NOT TO PRINT BILL SERVICE , Again got a superb answer "Someone By the name N. Ganesha Send a Mail to activate that". Now the issue is that the SIM is on my name JATIN YANT, who the hell is N ganesh and who gave him the right to do so???? please i m completely frustrated by the wrong commitment and want the copy all of my last months bills from April to July ON by new Address U - 44/61 DLF Phase 3 Gurgaon 122002.
I am completely fed up by the services(Customer case mainly). please help me.

I don't think so that vodafone really want to help me as always false promise were being made, not got the call today as well. i think i should switch the service provider for both my numbers.
