Dear Team,


This is regarding the cheating made by sistamshyam (telecom service provider in the name of (MTS).At first they blocked the online payment option and disconnected the connection.Reported to the customer care regarding the same but no use.Then the total amount withdrawn (14000) from my bank account without activating the connection.
As they communicated the due amount can be deducted from the bank account in case of non payment after completion of one year service and i can able to change the service provider



Please suggest as this is totally fraud communication provided.
