    Default Tata Docomo - 501 Recharge - Fraud / Cheating



    Hi,

    This is Sandeep Jain here from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. My mobile number is 9940559990, a Tata Docomo number

    Recently I recharged for 501 as per offer it gives 1600 mins of TalkTime Free.

    But whenever I make a call and speak lets say for 15 mins with my friend, it deducts 30 mins of talk time. Now this is what I call Fraud.

    When i noticed this was happening, I immediately callled 121 for complaint where again Tata Docomo charges 50 paise for 1 minute.
    All their Customer care executives were useless they did not solve my problem, Inspite of all complaints and email send to listen@tatadocomo.com I see no reponse.

    I can even send a photograph of my mobile when it shows actual talktime and balance deducted after the end of every call on request as a proof.

    Now is there any team who can resolve this problem and compensate on my earlier calls ???

    Hi,

    I too facing the same problem. If i spoke for 2 sec, call summary is showing 4 sec, its deducting 8 sec from the total.

    They are not providing proper answer to the customers.

    i thinks its waste of money in going for 501 recharge.

    Default Without any notice activated Rs.10/- Dating Tips Pack and Problems with Rs.501/- recharge

    Hi,

    My mobile num is 7200511939. I feel very bad since my balance got deducted for Rs.10/-for Dating Tips pack. I haven't asked for any activation or any subscription, but it got activated and deducted Rs.10/-. And also sometimes, I too facing the same problem with Rs.501/- recharge. There is no relation between deducting mins(more mins deducting) in correlation with talktime that I spoke. When I got in touch with customer care for these cases, there is no proper response and also they gave very vague answers. Really and frustratingly felt very bad being a part of this network.

    Default online recharge of RC-501

    i want to recharge with Rc 501 through online, but there is no 501 option in tamil nadu tata docomo online recharge. earlier 2mnths back i recharged with rc501, but now i cannot see the option RC501. Now how can i recharge RC501 pack, reply me soon....

    Default 501 recharge in chennai is unavailable in online recharge under tata docomo site

    I recharged it before 2 months.now i dont see any such option in tata docomo site.it is very inconvinient for customers.plz let me know how can i recharge 501 for my mobile.reply soon...
