sir aaj maine saam me number on kiya to apna balance check karne pe 41.96 paisa paaya jabki hamara balance 91.96 hona chahiye tha.
Customer care se humko bataya gaya ki aapke number pe music station,background music activate kiya gaya hai.
But maien aapko ye vishwas dilata hu ki ye service mere taraf se activate nahi kiya gaya hai.
23.9.2009 ko 8pm me mera mobile off tha .
Humko bataya gaya ki aapko call gaya tha.maine bola ki on hoga to n call aayega.
BINA MERE ACTIVATION KIYE 50 RS DEDUCT KAR LIYA GAYA.
Mehnat se 50 rs aata hai.
Chek kijiye aur mera balance refund kiya jaye.
Hum to face to face bat karna chahte haien.
Hum milne jarur aayenge aapke office me.
Agar mere complain pe dhayan nahi diya gaya to press(newspaper) me news aaye ga customer se flirt ka aur v bahut kuch.
NOTE-I M INNOCENT IN THIS MATTER
SO I CAN TRY ANY PROCESS TO REFUND MY MONEY.

i got my phone rechrged online for rs.100 on 13 october. though the amount has been deducted from my debit card, no balance has been credited. called customer care atleast a dozen times, but it has been busy continuously. i just cannot get through. please help.
