    Angry Bad Service Received from TATA DOCOMO

    Yesterday I received a call from Tata Docomo. The person offered me free caller tune for a month as my number was selected as so called lucky one.
    He gave me choices of songs & since it was free for a month I said yes to him. He activated it & 50Rs. from my balance were deducted.
    I tried calling many times to Customer Care to retrieve my lost balance but I did not receive any response. As 3 calling attempts are exceeded I was not able to make any call to Customer Care. These people cheated me by offering free caller tune & deducted my money for no reason.
