This is Yogesh Prakash Dombe. It is regarding to mobile number 9224626212. Earlier it was with TATA CDMA mobile operator. On dated 26/06/2012 it has activated with MTS mobile operator using number portability service. While migrating from TATA to MTS the marketing person has introduced me a postpaid plan of Rs. 149/- wherein I will be getting Rs. 149/- of a rental waved off, 149 voice minutes, 149 sms & 149 MB data usage free for 12 months from the date of activation. I received a MTS sim card on dated 28/06/2012, but now was generated with MTS on 26/06/2012. from 26/06/2012 to 31/06/2012 my voice call usage were of Rs. 3 approximate and data usage of Rs. 3 approximate (It is stated in bill as well). Even though I have free usage I have been charged for that and my out standing bill is showing Rs. 253/-, which not possible if calculated including with rental. While contacting to customer care of MTS they said that outstanding bill is of May month but number is activated with MTS from 26/06/2012.


After receiving sim card of MTS on dated 28/06/2012, on very next day my outgoing services got barred due to that outstanding bill (informed by customer care executive-MTS).
No body bother to serve me but asking me to visit MTS gallery often.
