TATA DOCOMO Balance related concern sir, i am now very angry because you again activated news pack on my sim automatically which i deactivated through this website few days ago . You also deducted money from my account and this is not helping either, and i think you doesn't love your customers and looks like i might have to use MNP service finally if these problems exists further. Also deactivate "topstory photo alert of the day" & refund the deducted money and compensation also, close to Rs.30

Kindly be informed that the amount of Rs.14 has been adjusted in the number on 23-Jul-2012 and currently there are no services activated

unfair balance reduction sir,a unfair reduction of 42 rs. Frm my mobile no. 9045681250 is done at 9:10am on 11/8/12.and whn i talked to ur help line they did not responsed and also block my no. So tht i can't recontact to your help line. Sir i faced these type of problem many time since last two to three month.sir i use tata docomo service From a long time ago but i never faced this type problem before........
I will be thankfull to you ,If i can get my balance back as soon as possible and also not faced this type problem again nd again othrwise i have to change my service provider..............
