I am having serious problems on my Airtel connection the last two months. I do not recieve some calls and am being told by the callers that the phone rings a couple of times and then shows the message "user busy". I have complained several time and was told the problem would be solved by 28th May 2010. I called customer care again on 13th June 2010 and received no help and in fact was told by the executive that that he will not be able to tell me when my problem would be solved!! This is ridiculous, surely Airtel is not expecting me to wait for an infinite period of time waiting for this problem to be resolved, while I lose business and money due to this.
Frankly the customer care is nothing but a sham, they are trained to somehow get rid of the complaining customer rather than giving a practical solution to the problem with a defined time limit.
I am extremely disgusted with this callous attitude, and am even contemplating shifting to another service provider. I have had this connection for more that 10 yrs and am a platinum customer and yet there is no desire or interest from Airtel or their customer care and technical team to resolve this problem. After complaining there has been no reaction from airtel. It seems they are only waiting for another call to come from me and again try and get rid of me till i call next.
I am attaching a sound clip of the conversation I had with Mr Pramod a customer care exec, which is self explanantory and shows no intent to solve my problem it shows how everyone is just passing the buck.
Last complaint on 13th June, 2010 have complained 2 times in May.

I am Airtel customer for last 4+ years and don't use any other company connection but last 15th days I am facing and losing much and more things due to this number because my job site has been changed and there doesn't come network inside the office so am unabe to receive my important call . I logged complain many times these are some reference number CINDL 21219153383,21217480167,31215329147 , I did told it will be do good but didn't. This is very serious matter for me, carrier and my life etc . So pls help me in this matter.

I am using Airtel Prepaid from long time but from last 3 months i am facing much problems related to network.
I am living at PAC, Kanth Road, Moradabad.
Some times there is no network. Even if i do manual search there come no airtel network in the list.
I think i am going for Idea now.....

I am using airetl postpaid connections from a long time now. i am facing network problem at my residence. i have made several complaints to customer care but they always revert that it will be solved in few days we will get back to you shortly. but that shortly never came up. so what can be a solution to this?
dear sir/madum,i am stay at hadapsar,pune maharshtra,and used airtel last 9 years,and also job in airtel.for sales exicutive {FOS}in prepaid.i face indoor network problem in my home last 2 years,i complinats to customer care many many times,but problem not solved,so i did my home's all airtel's sim to MNP transferd to vodafone and idea,so considor my e mail, seriously an solve our problem
