    i was purchase a mobile from mobilestore i recived a reebok
    (t-shirt) by ur atractive scheme i send total my documents in ur company by
    the courier but till today i cannot found my gift so i m giving notice to u
    kindly send my gift in the seven day's and also send RS 2000 mantly
    harisment and delay charge RS 2000 nigther i will take ligal action with in
    7 day's .

    Default Clever ploy by mobile store to chaet customers

    DEAR SIR,
    I WISH TO BRING TO THE NOTICE , UTTER LACK OF INFORMATION TO THE GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS ‘SCRATCH CARD GIFT PLAN’ BY MOBILE STORE OUTLETS IN MUMBAI IN JUNE 2009
    FALLING IN TO TRAP BY THE SALES PERSON THAT GIFT WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER SUBMISSION OF THECLAIM FORM DULY COMPLETEED, I PURCHASED A MOBILE. DETAIS ARE AS FOLLOWS.;
    DATE OF PURCHASE: 19.07.2009 AT MOBILE STOREOUTLET AT BORIVLI (west) MUMBAI
    INVOICE no. : MH/01002/00001/6729 DATED: 19.07.2009
    MODEL: SAMSUNG GURU 1100 T
    SCART CARD (GIFT CLAIM FORM NO.)NO ;275165
    DATE OF SUBMITTING CLAIM FOR GIFT: 21.07.2009
    GIFT WON: cash back of Rs 250.
    BRIEF RESUME OF MY GRIEVANCE
    NOW THERE IS A CATCH, MANY CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE NOTICED ONLY AFTER THE PURCHASE, THAT THE GIFT CLAIM CARD STATES THAT THE MOBILE STORE & SPECTRAMIND MARKETING PVT LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW/SUSPEND/CANCEL THE OFFER WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASONTHEREOF. IT ALSO SAYS THAT
    ILLEGIBLE/INCOMPLETE/INVALID/WRONGLY FILLED GIFT CLAIM FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AGAIN IN ANY OTHER MANNER. IT FURTHER SAYS CLAIMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND TREATED AS ‘INVALID’/ REJECTED .
    SOME WHERE IT SAYS THAT THE WINNER HAS TO WRITE ABOUT HIS E XPERIENCE AT MOBILE STORE AND DESCRIPTION ‘IN NOT LESS THAN 25 WORDS AND ANYTHING LESS, WILL BE REJECTED,
    I THINK THIS ‘GIFT SCHEME’ IS COMPLETELY ‘ONE SIDED’ AND IS A DIS-RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER.
    I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT. THEIR OFFICE AT NOIDA HAS NOT REPLIED TO MY 2 EMAILS.
    I SENSE CHEATING ON THE PART OF THE MOBIEL STORE. I THINK THIS IS A PLOY ON THEIR PART BUILD CUSTOMER DATA COLLECTION FOR THEIR FUTURE INFORMATION
    PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO WHOMETO APPROACH. I AM THININGOFFORWARDING MYGRIENEVANCES TO MUMBAI MIRROR DESK SO THAT PEOPLE WILL BE WLL INFORMED AND THINK TWICE FALLING IN TO SUCH GIFT CARD TRAPS’ AND ARE MADE AWARE OF ‘ DIS-SERVICE AFTER SALES’ ON THE PART OF ESSR GROUP COMPANY , THE ‘MOBILE STORES CHAIN’. THEY SHOULD ONLY TRUST’ ON THE SPOT GIFTS
