    Angry Airtel (complaint) Day light robbers (2009-09-15)

    I have a cell number 9967939924 on which Airtel would always go ahead and put VAS services without my authorization. This has happened multiple of times and I have called up to complaint about this multiple of times. They would add the VAS services and then deducted the amount as if its their father in laws property. I had a word with my friends too who are using Airtel and my family members too are having this kind of issue. These day light robbers just rob their customers in lakhs, mind me if I am wrong. Even if one lakh customers are given a VAS service with out their concern or authorization, just thing what kind of money they are making. The biggest day light robbers sitting out there robbing the common people who slog to just sustain their life. Out of the one lakh customer only one thousand might call to cancel the service or to get their money refunded back. Government does not do any thing about these kind of robbery that is going on, as you know government itself is only concern about the major international issues rather then their own home issues. Please do let me know how do I get this issue resolved. Please advice me how to penalized the company for cheating the customers. If there is a way to resolve this issue i would be interested. I don't want to spent money to get this issue resolve.

    Angry Airtel is gone insane for commiting this same robbery(21-9-2009)

    My name is Roiden and my Airtel number is 9967939924. Well Just last of last week I had complaint about Airtel putting Vas services without the customer's authorization. I dont trust Airtel and that's the reason I had called up today 21st September 2009 at 3 pm to check if there were any Vas services put on my mobile number. The executive just hung up on me after taking my name and number. The second call that I made was Rajendar who told me that yes there is a Vas service just put on my account. I told him about my past experience and he said would deactivate the comedy junction service with 4 hrs. I dont understand how does Airtel work, are they gone insane. While some time ago I had already complaint about them Airtel putting VAS service's without my authorization, then how did they signed me up for the comedy juntion service again. I really don't understand about this day light robbery that is happening in the country. Well I have decided to file a case again Airtel and this time I don't mind spending a bit since its going on my nerves.

    mai Naveen kumar aapke airtel company ka prepaid service k no. 9939035168 ko April 2007 se use kar raha hun.
    pichle do salon se mere no. par bar-bar jabardasti koi v vas service activate kar diya ja raha hai or complain karne par mera phone ya to cut kar diya jata hai ya bola jata hai ki aapne hi ye service activate kiya hai or aisa mere sath lagvag harek week me ho raha hai.
    jab maine iski complain nodel officer se ki to kayi bar to mera balance add kiya gaya.... lekin 10/03/2010/ ko jab mere sath yahi hua or maine fir complain kiya to nodel officer ne kaha ki aap ye no. band kar dijiye or unhone bahut hi rudly mere bhayie k sath bat ki jo pilhal ye no. use kar raha hai kyunki wo ek handicapped person hai or wo khud perpaid outlet par nahi ja sakta hai isliye ye no. wo use karta hai.
    mujhe aasa hai ki aap is no. ki puri details check karenge or uchit karwahi karenge.

    Complaint Against Airtel

    I had Paid for Night calling plan but got charged extra for night calling

    My name is Roiden Serrao and my cell no is 9967939924. On March 25, 2010 I recharged Rs.23 done towards night calling offer between 11 pm to 6 am in the morning. That is getting charged Rs.1 for 20 minutes of talk time. The recharge transaction ID -1758041853 for Rs.23. I use to make a call on my wife's mobile number which is an Airtel number. However this plan did not work and I got charged more than what I was expected to get charged. I have not talked more than 17 to 18 minutes per call since I was using this plan in the past. I have also placed a complaint by phone twice or thrice but I have not got my refund back nor did the plan got updated on the my mobile. I don't understand how Airtel had charged me but has not given the service to me. I would like the night calling to be updated on my mobile and also the refund placed back on my card for which I was charged towards the calling which I have made more than two minutes after 11 pm till 6 Am. Please refund all the charges which I was charged in excess. My complaint number that I got from Airtel as on April 2, 2010 was 0402009552 / CBDPA30402009552. Please look into this complaint ASAP.

    Default Cell no 9987218691 alloted to me but got disconnected withou any reason.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    thsi is a reference to above, i would like to draw your attention here that abv cell no was alloted to Mr.Pushpa Rajan Purushan - Shirwane Vllage, Room no 10 sector-1 Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
    But without any notice or info phone got disconnected. after finding it was noticed that same number are with some unknown person who has been given duplicate SIM card. also he confirms that this nunbar is not his but alloted to him by Airtel service provider.

    This is a total laps from Airtel and i never seen this type of lapses in my carrier where our country is on terror threat.
    Your service level is already going down and in this busy industry no body has got time to deal such type silly things.


    Please cancell subj SIM card from Pushpa Rajan's name and confirm the same. and we'll go with other service provider.
