Vodafone pune circle pls beware..
I am a new customer of vodafone prepaid connection (2nd of july) I recharged the no. for 750 rs on 4th of july and i didnt get it credited ( yet 10th july 2012). I recharged through vodafone website 750 rs talk time. I called customercare to tell them i havent recvd recharge and they said yes maam 3g data recharge is done.I have a normal nokia phone which is 2g supported why in the world would I recharge for 3g and then I verfied online for 3g top up for 750 and there is no such tariff with vodafone. This was the 7th call I had with Vodafone and Each time the call lasted 20 - 25 min ON HOLD. Sick and tired of it!! They keep convincing me i did 3g data recharge when I know i took the talktime recharge and the voucher clearly said 750 talktime. The best part.. none of the senior cc exec would answer your call.. they will make you hold and expect you to just hang up once you tired of it.
