I am very painful about the service of TATA docomo. Since last 3 months TATA Docomo deducting the balanced without any information. I called many times but they refused and said that this deduction is based on your data usage. But i refused i did not do this. And also refused to give me my complaints docket no. Approx. 200 rs deduct from my balanced. Also i complaint through online on 28 June, they replied that our representative will call you in 48 hours but till date no action taken. They replied me through mail and give me my temp. reference no.533649
